Return & Exchange Policy – Mokha Coffee

At Mokha Coffee, we care about your satisfaction. That’s why we offer a flexible and transparent return and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Terms:

  • Coffee beans can be returned within 2 days and exchanged within 5 days of receiving the order (within the Kingdom only).

  • Equipment can be returned within 3 days and exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order (within the Kingdom only).

  • Under our Golden Guarantee, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange.

  • Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

When Mokha Coffee covers return shipping costs:

  1. You received the wrong product.

  2. The item arrived damaged or broken due to the courier.

  3. The product is defective for any other reason beyond your control.

When the customer covers return shipping costs (27 SAR):

  1. The customer ordered the wrong item.

  2. The item no longer suits the customer’s needs.

  3. The customer simply no longer wants the product.

How to request a return or exchange:

Please send the following details to our WhatsApp or email support:

  • Customer’s phone number

  • Full name

  • Product name

  • Reason for return or exchange

Once we receive your request, our team will guide you through the process and ensure smooth handling after verifying the product’s condition.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 1–14 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
