Welcome to Mokha Coffee! By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General

  • All products and services on Mokha Coffee are subject to availability.

  • Mokha Coffee reserves the right to update prices, product descriptions, and terms without prior notice.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to make purchases in Saudi Arabia.


2. Account & Personal Information

  • Customers must provide accurate personal information (name, phone number, delivery address, email).

  • Mokha Coffee collects, stores, and processes personal data according to our Privacy Policy


3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed securely using trusted payment gateways (Visa, Mada, MasterCard).

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise.

  • Mokha Coffee is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect details or third-party issues.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Mokha Coffee ships within Saudi Arabia using SMSA Express and Aramex.

  • Shipping cost: 12 SAR per order.

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

  • Business days: Saturday to Thursday. Fridays and public holidays are not working days.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided via email or SMS.

  • Mokha Coffee is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or external factors beyond our control.


5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Coffee Beans: Returns within 2 days; exchanges within 5 days of receipt.

  • Equipment: Returns within 3 days; exchanges within 7 days of receipt.

  • All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Covered by Mokha Coffee if the wrong product was delivered, the item arrived damaged, or the product is defective.

    • Covered by the customer (27 SAR) if the wrong item was ordered, the product no longer suits the customer, or the customer changes their mind.

  • Refunds are processed within 1–14 business days via the original payment method.


6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including images, text, logos, and designs, are owned by Mokha Coffee or used with permission.

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written consent.


7. Liability

  • We take reasonable care to ensure product quality and safety, but users must handle products as instructed.


8. Policy Updates

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

  • Updates will be posted on the website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review them.
