Premium Altitude: Grown at 1,700 to 1,900 meters where the climate produces dense, flavorful beans capable of carrying complex flavors. The high elevation creates the perfect canvas for fruit infusion.

Unique Processing: After harvesting, coffee cherries undergo extended fermentation with natural mango and passion fruit additions. The beans absorb these flavors during the drying process, creating genuine fruit character without artificial additions.

How To Prepare

Cold Brew: This is mandatory. Coarse grind, 18 hour steep creates the most incredible fruit forward coffee you've ever tasted. Smooth, sweet, and intensely tropical.

Iced Pour Over: Medium grind, brew hot directly over ice. The fruit notes explode when chilled, creating refreshing summer coffee.

Aeropress: Medium fine grind, quick brew with slightly cooler water (88°C) keeps the fruit character vibrant and lively.

French Press: Medium coarse grind, shorter 3 minute steep prevents over extraction while maintaining body.

Hot Pour Over: Possible but the fruit notes shine brightest when served cold or at lower temperatures.
